Amelkis Golf Club is located 8 Km south east of Marrakech city, on the road to Ouarzazate, opposite the Marrakech Royal Golf Club

Designed by Cabell B. Robinson and opened in 1995, the Amelkis Golf Club is situated on the opposite side of the road to the Marrakech Royal. Lying at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, this was the venue for the 2002 Moroccan Open.

Utilising existing features relating to an irrigation system, the fairways are lined with mature palm trees, giant reeds, and some luxurious villas.
