Morocco is an excellent destination for golf with a climate to be appreciated, particularly through the winter, and some superb courses.
The growth of golf courses in Morocco is certainly, or at least parly, due to the previous king, King Hassan II, being a keen and accomplished golfer. And of course, the Royal Dar es Salam Golf Club in Rabat hosts the annual Hassan II Trophy, the trohy president being His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid.
